FRIGO TERM LLC provides a warranty of 12 to 18 calendar months for systems, equipment, and materials supplied by us, in full compliance with all warranty terms listed on our warranty certificate. Thanks to the rapid response of our technical support personnel, we are able to guarantee operations within 24 hours of your service request.

We also offer a “Post-Guaranty” maintenance service, engaging other partner companies of FRIGO TERM LLC through contractual mediation and with our assurance regarding the quality of their services in response to your needs.

In our refrigeration systems, we also provide remote monitoring solutions for continuous supervision of cold rooms or other refrigeration equipment. Our monitoring systems ensure continuous recording of temperature in compliance with HACCP regulations, allowing both our technicians and your staff to have a complete and immediate overview of the overall system status. With real-time display of key values such as temperature, relative humidity, defrost cycles, and lighting, your goods are kept safe and system faults are minimized.
