Sliding Refrigeration Doors
Sliding Door Series HRR is available for both positive and negative temperatures. This door consists of several main components, specified below:
A – Door Leaf
The door leaf features an anodized aluminum frame with rigid polyurethane foam injected inside to act as thermal insulation. Along the edge of the door leaf, in the aluminum frame, a special rubber gasket ensures perfect thermal insulation. In the low-temperature version, the door is equipped with electric heaters installed along the perimeter of the sealing edge of the counter-frame.
B – PVC Counter-Frame
The PVC counter-frame is used for fixing the door to panels, or, in the case of wall mounting, only the front part of the counter-frame is used.
C – Door Guide
The door guide serves as the sliding mechanism for the door leaf. It is constructed from PVC and aluminum components.
D – Other Components and Accessories
These include all necessary parts for opening and closing the door, such as: roller hangers for the leaf, external lever handle, internal handle with special mechanism, bottom guide rails, etc.
All components, mechanisms, and accessories for sliding doors are sourced from the highest quality manufacturers in Italy and beyond.
Door Thicknesses
Doors are produced in three different thicknesses depending on the operating temperature of the cold room:
HÇ 07 TN – for cold rooms down to -5°C
HÇ 09 BT – for cold rooms down to -18°C
HÇ 12 BT – for cold rooms down to -30°C
Thresholds for Sliding Refrigeration Doors
Thresholds can be constructed in two forms:
Form 1: Front threshold with thicknesses (D1, D2, D3) made of stainless steel profiles, intended for temperature regimes (BTD & TND), fixed using the PVC front counter-frame of the door.
Form 2: Flat threshold made of stainless steel/metal profile, intended for temperature regimes (P1/TN & P2/BT). It is fixed to the door’s PVC counter-frame and inserted under the floor. For TN regimes, it can also serve as reinforcement for the counter-frame.
