Hinged Door Series HÇ is available for both positive and negative temperatures. This door consists of two main models, described below (A & B):

A – Door Leaf with Plastic Frame
The door leaf features a plastic frame reinforced internally with metal profiles, which is directly mounted onto prefabricated panels. In the low-temperature version, it is equipped with electric heaters installed along the perimeter of the frame’s sealing edge. It also includes a PVC counter-frame, which is used for fixing the door to panels or, in the case of wall mounting, only the front part of the counter-frame is used.

B – Door Leaf with Anodized Aluminum Frame
The door leaf features an anodized aluminum frame with rigid polyurethane foam injected inside to act as thermal insulation. Along the edge of the door leaf, in the aluminum frame, a special rubber gasket ensures perfect thermal insulation. In the low-temperature version, it is equipped with electric heaters installed along the perimeter of the sealing edge of the counter-frame. It also includes the PVC counter-frame for mounting to panels, or, in the case of wall installation, only the front part is used.

Hinged doors come complete with hinges and key-lock handles, sourced from the highest quality Italian manufacturers.

Door Thicknesses
Doors are produced in three different thicknesses depending on the operating temperature:

  • HÇ 07 TN – for cold rooms down to -5°C

  • HÇ 09 BT – for cold rooms down to -18°C

  • HÇ 12 BT – for cold rooms down to -30°C

Thresholds for Hinged Refrigeration Doors
The thresholds can be constructed in two forms:

Form 1: Front threshold with thicknesses (D1, D2, D3) made of stainless steel profiles, intended for temperature regimes (BTD & TND). It is fixed using the PVC front counter-frame of the door.

Form 2: Flat threshold made of stainless steel/metal profile, designed for temperature regimes (P1/TN & P2/BT). It is fixed to the door’s PVC counter-frame and inserted under the floor. For TN regimes, it can also serve as reinforcement for the counter-frame.
